At Equestris we work hard to restore and repair tack and equipment to as close to new as possible. As all the items we sell are second hand we cannot guarantee that they will not come without staining, mismatched hardware, visible patchwork, or visible repair stitching. Because we aim to keep a high standard, we separate our items based on their current quality. Products that do not meet our resell standard will be recycled and used to repair other tack and equipment.
Equestris accepts no responsibility or liability for accident or injury that occurs as a result of using purchased second hand equipment and does not accept returns and refunds for visual complaints about the condition of items sold as is. We assess all equipment to the best of our ability before selling however there is always an increased risk when purchasing used equipment.
If an item is repaired and in a usable state but may have stains, visible repairs, mismatched hardware, or other visible wear and tear, we have separated it into our 'Reduced' category. This allows for a lower cost for items that are still functional but otherwise visually distressed. We make note of all damage clearly and will not accept these items for return.
